The 1st Spanish wine tasting party was successfully held at Yan’s dinning restaurant along Orchard road, Singapore. Leedahang is lucky to establish direct contact with Spanish winery via its network and therefore we are able to have the best selected Spanish wine at most affordable price.

First the wines need to "rest" and recuperate from the long trip, but if they arrived like one week ago to Singapore, with one more week should be enough.
The storage temperature 10-12ºC is perfect, it's the same temperature as if they were in an underground cellar. But the more important thing is to be under 16ºC without changes between night and day. The more stable the better.
And about opening before just the G15 is better like half an hour, the rest can be drunk immediately , and none of them need decanter unless you want to make a bit of ceremony.

UNIMEX OVG wine was tasted upon its bottle opening without decanting, which proved fairly well as table wine with Chinese food.
With G15 in wine decanter for about one hour, we started tasting the 2nd type. It’s unanimous acknowledgment that G15 tastes much better than OVG as G15 is more full bodied, aromatic and smooth. Thanks to Gabi’s recommendation for this premium wine.

As farewell gift, UNIMEX OVG and G15 were passed to the restaurant owner Mdm Wang Yanqing as a token of appreciation for her hospitality and potential partnership.
Besides wine tasting, all participants had shared interest in digital currency & blockchain. We learnt from each other about digital coins like LELE token and what restaurant owner has been doing with a mixture of art with her typical shanghai food in running this Yan’s dinning restaurant.
